Dam Requirements

The owner of the dam must submit copies of the following:

• AKC registration
• OFA Good or Excellent Hip Certificate
• Current Eye Certification Certificate from the Canine Eye Registration Foundation
• Negative Brucellocis test result
• Current Rabies vaccination

Stud Fee and Payment

The stud fee will vary according to the titles of the male dog. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 will accompany the dam. The balance of is to be paid upon the birth of the litter, at which time the litter registration will be signed and returned by the stud owner. For the balance of payment purposes, a litter is considered two or more live pups at birth. This fee includes seven (5) days of boarding the dam. The owner of the stud dog reserves the right to have the pick of the litter, either a male or female. Call for more details and pricing.

Additional Fees

The following are additional fees that are not covered by the owner of the stud dog:

• A charge of $75.00 dollars for each round trip to pick up and to deliver the dam to the airport.
• A boarding fee of $12.00 dollars per day will be assessed for each day over nine (9) days.
• If the Dam is ill and needs to go to the veterinarian, there is a $1.00 per mile charge, in addition to all medical expenses.
• Charges for artificial insemination, progesterone testing, return air certificate, etc., are the responsibility of the dam's owner.

Stud Owner's Responsibilities

We will make every effort to have a natural breeding. If successful, this will be repeated one(1) more times with in forty eight (48) hours. If a natural breeding does not take place, or it is determined that it is not in the best interest for the health and safety of either dog, the breeding will be terminated. The dam's owner will be offered testing or insemination options. The dam will be well cared for, and regularly exercised in clean surroundings with quality food.
